KefiCircle Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply when you use KefiCircle, an independently operated private community service. By using KefiCircle, you agree to these Terms and other KefiCircle agreements or policies that apply to you.

Definitions

For these Terms and other KefiCircle agreements:

• Platform: The KefiCircle website, features, and services.
• Member: A person whose KefiCircle membership has been approved and not terminated.
• Community: All KefiCircle Members collectively.
• Administrator: A Member authorized to help manage KefiCircle.
• Owner: The person designated to have ultimate administrative authority over KefiCircle.
• Temporary Owner: An Administrator temporarily granted Owner-level privileges as a designated backup or through the Emergency Owner Request process. These privileges do not transfer ownership of KefiCircle.

1. Membership

KefiCircle is a private community. Joining may require an invitation, sponsorship, application, and approval.

Membership is not guaranteed. KefiCircle may decline applications or restrict, suspend, or end membership when it believes doing so is appropriate for the Community, as described in the User Agreement.

KefiCircle is not required to provide a warning, hearing, appeal, evidence, or explanation for membership decisions.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and the information you provide.

Do not let someone impersonate you or improperly use your account. Do not attempt to bypass KefiCircle's authentication, security, moderation, or access controls.

3. Acceptable Use

Use KefiCircle only for lawful activities consistent with its purpose as a private community.

You may not use KefiCircle to:

• conduct or promote illegal or fraudulent activity;
• harass, threaten, deceive, exploit, or harm others;
• send spam or unwanted commercial solicitations;
• collect, scrape, distribute, or misuse another person's information;
• impersonate someone or misrepresent yourself, your qualifications, goods, services, or intentions;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with KefiCircle's operation or security; or
• misuse information obtained through KefiCircle for purposes unrelated to legitimate community participation.

KefiCircle may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or end membership when these rules are violated or when use of the Platform harms the Community.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the profiles, posts, photos, offers, requests, and other content you submit.

Only submit content you have the right to use and that does not violate the law or another person's rights.

You retain ownership of your content but give KefiCircle permission to store, display, process, and use it as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform and provide its services.

KefiCircle may remove or restrict content when needed to operate or protect the Community.

5. Member Interactions

KefiCircle helps Members connect. Members make their own decisions about purchases, sales, services, jobs, housing, events, activities, and other interactions.

KefiCircle and its Administrators do not endorse or guarantee Members, their posts, their qualifications, or their goods or services.

KefiCircle is not a party to transactions or arrangements between Members merely because they connected through the Platform.

6. Invitations and Sponsorships

If you send an SMS invitation through KefiCircle, you must have the person's permission to receive the invitation and related reminder texts.

Sponsorship does not guarantee membership. KefiCircle may restrict or remove sponsorship privileges if they are misused or if doing so is appropriate to protect the Community.

7. Text Messages

KefiCircle uses SMS for authentication and operational or community communications, including:

• verification codes;
• invitations and limited invitation reminders;
• account and membership notices;
• Administrator responses;
• post expiration or renewal reminders;
• saved-search alerts you enable; and
• important service or safety notices.

KefiCircle's SMS program is not intended for advertising or promotional marketing.

Consent to receive non-authentication SMS is required for membership and is requested separately from acceptance of the User Agreement.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Where supported, reply START or UNSTOP to resume messages.

SMS is a primary way KefiCircle communicates important service and account information. If you opt out of SMS, you may not receive important notices, reminders, or other communications. KefiCircle is not required to provide these messages through another communication method.

Because SMS is part of the service, opting out may prevent you from using KefiCircle or certain features and may result in your membership being restricted or ended.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

How KefiCircle collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information is explained in the KefiCircle Privacy Notice.

SMS consent and mobile-phone information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Administration

KefiCircle Administrators may review membership matters, respond to reports, moderate or remove content, restrict privileges, suspend accounts, and end membership when authorized to do so.

Administrators are not responsible for resolving private disputes or determining legal responsibility between Members.

10. Service Availability

KefiCircle may change, add, suspend, or discontinue features. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors.

KefiCircle does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or continued availability of any particular feature.

11. No Guarantee of Members

KefiCircle does not guarantee a Member's identity, honesty, reliability, qualifications, safety, accuracy, or conduct.

Members are responsible for using appropriate judgment when dealing with other Members or relying on information they provide.

12. Responsibility and Liability

You are responsible for your own content, conduct, decisions, interactions, and transactions on KefiCircle.

To the extent permitted by law, KefiCircle, its operator, Owner, and Administrators are not responsible for losses, injuries, disputes, or damages caused by another Member's conduct, content, goods, services, advice, transactions, or misuse of information.

KefiCircle provides the Platform as available, without guaranteeing that it will always be secure, uninterrupted, accurate, or free from errors.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KefiCircle, its operator, Owner, and Administrators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from your content, conduct, transactions, misuse of information, or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

KefiCircle may update these Terms as the Platform or its requirements change.

For material changes, KefiCircle will provide reasonable notice and may require Members to accept updated Terms before continuing to use the Platform.
